They seem to be somewhere in Asia, you may know what to expect from these people!! Is better to look elsewhere like Alfred or Anything’s. They only answer me with things that can be found in their website Q&A. Long short story, I got in contact with the worthless “customer service support” and they could not answer my main question, which is why they stopped my features? I even sent them the receipt from Apple proving that I purchase there iCloud services and other features.
I didn’t have the “so call” features I supposedly had to have. When this app gave me the option to upgrade to the “AtHomePRO” everything started to go wrong!!! I all of the sudden stopped working. Everything was well, every other day could have a disconnection but could be fix nonetheless. So I purchase the “UPGRADE” for ONE YEAR which cost me almost $30 and it eliminated the ads and also it gave me the multi cameras. When I first started using this app, it wasn’t that great but it was good.
